Jnfs is a server application for accessing files on a local filesystem through the jnfs client library. The client library is included in the JLinux package j, but is also used by the jfilesystem suite which again is used by the JLinux packages jmail, jftp and jwebdav.
The jfilesystem suite includes a layer for handling multiple servers and different filesystems, including permissions, and expose all of this through a client library.

Jnfs example configuration is located in the JLinux package jnfs. JID is required to perform client authentication.

Jnfs itself support asynchronous active-active storage solutions as well as single-server setup.
