Cert.jcloud.no switching to EC certificates by default

Our certificate service cert.jcloud.no will soon start issuing certificates based on EC keys instead of RSA
EC keys have been supported for more than a decade, so no systems should have problems supporting it.

EC keys superseds RSA keys, and are also smaller with the same entropy.
Smaller keys means less data is transferred in encrypted communication. Placing EC public keys in DNS is also safer for preventing DDoS.

If you don't want EC keys, add the parameter &keytype=rsa in the URI of the certificate request.
