At 10.05.2023 between 09:00 and 14:40, the norwegian registry for Peppol receivers was down.

If the registry is down, our systems are unable to lookup the receiver, and services will therefore fail.

In order to mitigate this problem, we have now enabled fallback to an internal cache for known good receivers. If ELMA or any other Peppol registry is down, this internal lookup cache will be used instead.
