Rate limiting AI bots with WebCDN

Due to the increase of AI bots and other scrapers we have added native request rate limiting support to J HTTP and WebCDN. The solution works with the kernel firewall, adds ~0ms latency to the web site and uses extremely little resources due to its state-less connection tracking design. Both IPv4 and IPv6 supported.

If you have problems with sudden traffic peaks or general bot resource draining issues enabling this feature is a good idea.
